Tell us the number of people, provide us the location and we will do the rest. Our prices reflect all serving equipment and utensils, disposable plates, napkins and flatware. Give us a call and our staff will be happy to help you plan your next catering event. We will work hard to match your menu with the occasion.
Presentation
Our presentation is an assortment of disposable trays and serving utensils for cold menus. Our presentation for hot menus includes chafing dishes, non-disposable serving utensils in order to ensure the best quality product. However, we do offer hot menus in disposable aluminum pans if requested. Fresh Perked Coffee service is presented in electric urns only. (A three prong outlet is required.)
Equipment
Chafing dishes and other non-disposable items will be picked up daily unless other arrangements have been made. There is no additional fee for pick up within our delivery radius. Should you need china, glass, silver or linens we would be happy make the rental arrangements for you. 48 hour notice required. Please contact the Catering Hotline at 901-848-5063.
Delivery
Each member of the staff is given the client contact information in order to ensure a smooth delivery and set up. We ask for a 15 minute window to allow for any unexpected delays. You will be contacted if there is such an issue. Monday through Friday delivery times begin as early as you need us and as late as you need us! Saturday and Sunday events are based upon availability. There is a nominal fee for all deliveries.
