Dennis Bailey
Founder and Director of Operations
Dennis’ passion for quality food and service led him to start his own catering business ten years ago. With several years experience in the quick food industry it was a natural path for him to follow. His quick wit and affinity for quality food and superior customer service are evident at Bailey’s Executive Catering on a daily basis. Dennis’s zero tolerance for “mediocre” sets the example for all team members that we will be the BEST.

With ten years experience in full service hospitality, Penny and Dennis were a perfect match. As one of the original founders of Bailey’s Executive Catering Penny is proud to carry on the tradition and legacy that the company has been know for over the past nine years. From the initial conversation to the final detail, you will have confidence that the impeccable standards of Penny will be incorporated into your event. Penny lives by the philosophy that “you are only as good as the people that surround you”. This is why you will notice each team member carries the same passion for Exceeding Expectations.
Tami Zeip
Executive Chef/Event Coordinator
Since seeing The Galloping Gourmet at age 8, Tami has had a love for all things food. Her culinary approach relies on letting the flavors of the food shine by enhancing rather than overpowering the flavors. Tami infuses color and unique presentation, in addition to, blending flavors and textures to please all of our clients. She loves the challenge of unique and special requests.
After acquiring a degree in Medical Technology and working in the Clinical Research Field Tami decided the best future for her would be an event planner and decorator. Tami is well versed in all types of event planning after owning an event rental and décor business for ten years. She is the sole Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) in the Memphis area and one of only 2000 CBAs worldwide. One of her areas of expertise is in themed centerpieces and room décor. Tami is also a graduate of the Centerpiece Design Academy in Chicago, Illinois.
Jennifer Alexander
Production Manager
Jennifer uses her years of experience from front and back of the house Food Service to plan and execute every event with professionalism and the highest of standards. Trained in all phases of the operation, Jennifer’s leadership to flawless events ensures that all functions are handled with excellent quality of food and service. Jennifer’s full service experience ensures that all servers are properly trained, knowledgeable and groomed to represent all Bailey’s Executive Catering events that require a service staff.
