Dennis’ passion for quality food and service led him to start his own catering business ten years ago. With several years experience in the quick food industry it was a natural path for him to follow. His quick wit and affinity for quality food and superior customer service are evident at Bailey’s Executive Catering on a daily basis. Dennis’s zero tolerance for “mediocre” sets the example for all team members that we will be the BEST.

With ten years experience in full service hospitality, Penny and Dennis were a perfect match. As one of the original founders of Bailey’s Executive Catering Penny is proud to carry on the tradition and legacy that the company has been know for over the past nine years. From the initial conversation to the final detail, you will have confidence that the impeccable standards of Penny will be incorporated into your event. Penny lives by the philosophy that “you are only as good as the people that surround you”. This is why you will notice each team member carries the same passion for Exceeding Expectations.
Jennifer Alexander
Executive Chef
As a proud native of Southern Alabama Jennifer is a self taught Chef with a unique approach to Southern Cooking. Jennifer is the oldest of four children with a very large extended family. As a little girl she recalls how everything revolved around food. “I was my mothers little assistant and I was so fascinated to observe her take old tired dishes and put a unique updated twist on them. She taught me to start with the basics and never mess with the classics.” Over the past 20 years Jennifer has worked in many restaurants from back of the house to front of the house absorbing everything she was taught along the way. Jennifer loves all phases of the operation and she knew that her passion for cooking would ultimately lead her to an Executive Chef position. Jennifer’s humble style gives her great respect from the entire team at Bailey’s Executive Catering. “For us to be successful it is extremely important to me that our team feels the same passion as I do when it comes to developing, preparing and executing each and every event rather it is for 10 people or 2500 people. I listen to all of their ideas and together we exceed every clients expectations.” Jennifer’s primary objective is to keep Bailey’s Executive Catering menus fresh and up to date to please all our clients’ pallets. “I love that we use our menus as a guide for our clients and welcome the opportunity for unique requests to make each and every event special.” Jennifer’s hands on approach and visibility allow all our clients to relax and enjoy the experience of their event.
