E-mailed/Faxed Catering Orders
E-mailed/ faxed catering orders require at least 24 hours notice. E-mails and faxes are reviewed Monday through Friday between 1:00 PM through 5:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday periodically through out the day. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail or phone. Should you need assistance outside these times, please contact the Catering Hotline at 901-848-5063.

Placing Your Order
When to place your order
To ensure availability, we suggest that you place your order as far in advance as possible. We request at least a 24 hour notice on MOST menu items. See menu for exceptions. Last minute orders are possible based on availability. Please contact the Catering Hotline at 901-848-5063.
Changes/Cancellations
For all catering changes or cancellations you must contact the Catering Hotline at 901-848-5063. Please allow us 24 hour notice in the event of a cancellation.
Payment
Corporate accounts are available; net 10 days. We accept Cash, Corporate Checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
